Meet the Owners Bri & Nick
Born and raised right here in Appleton, Nick began his culinary career working in local area kitchens. He pursued his degree in Denver at Johnson and Wales University where he met Bri, and the rest is history.
The husband and wife duo have worked in kitchens across the country from California to New York. Nick describes his cooking as Elevated Comfort Food.
“Nick and I both have worked amongst some amazing chefs and trained from the best! We picked Spats because we knew it fit our vision and would be a great place to take to the next generation! It was a huge plus that Bill and Julie were nothing but amazing the whole journey. We are truly blessed to have the staff that we currently have! From laughing at one another to the biggest support team, we are all a huge family!!”
