Our secret recipe Horseradish sauce, fondly known as “Spats Sauce,” was first created on March 17th of 1980 at our restaurant. Since then our loyal customers have demanded our Spats Sauce be on the table with every meal. Spats Sauce has the perfect hint of spice and creaminess for any of your favorite meat and side dishes. You can add the sauce to many of your favorite meals, it is great with Salmon, Spats Fries, dipping vegetables, eggs (deviled too), mixed into potato salad. Of course many of our customers first started using our Spats Sauce with their Corned Beef the week of St. Patricks and now love Spats Sauce with their steaks, Prime Rib, burgers, wraps and sandwiches (opting for our Spats Sauce over mayo).

Demand for our Spats Sauce has grown so much we now have our product in many of the Fox Valley’s fine specialty stores as well as the Downtown Appleton Farmers Market . When you can’t get into Spats simply stop in Jacobs Meat Market, Niemuths South Side, Cedar Creek, Haens Meat Market, The Meat Block, Simons Cheese, Lamers Dairy, All Things Jerky, The Northland, Neenah and Darboy Festival Foods in the Produce Dept. next to the specialty dressings and Woodmans in the Produce Dept. to pick up a bottle of Spats Sauce. Of course you can always get your Spats Sauce fix with every meal served at our restaurant!!
